Meal Plans :
– outlined meal plans are offered for your grocery list with serving sizes for each meal throughout the day. Check-ins are every week to keep you on track. I will change your macros according to your body response. Keep in mind everybody is different – family history, blood type, stress levels, job type, amount of sleep… the list goes on & on. This is why each of my meal plans are tailored towards YOU.
Training Programs :
Designed for your experience level and specific goal. If you are just starting out at the gym or compete on stage, I can design a custom program for you. Programs are a weekly routine designed to run for a month long. I will detail your rep count & rest period and give you a cardio & ab regimen.
